Oopsie i drew Vaporeon's bigger brother by accident >< i think that's pretty impressive

This isn't meant to look like a pokemon haha. Just wanted to paint another dragon type thingy after i feel i failed so hard in my last painting with a dragon. Much happier with this one! It has the more painterly feel i've been after, which i got by not blending so smoothly so you can see the brush strokes. Woo!

Fishies are hard to paint :S copy pasta ftw.

I used Photoshop CS4 and my Wacom Intuos 4 didn't take too long, did it in a couple of evenings

**EDIT* - Repainted a lot of this one too, with some hopefully better anatomy
