It's a shame the one on the left isn't finished *whistles innocently* but both the coloured pics look very good! 
The third and fourth ladies look very good, particularly like the third's softer lines. Though I can't help thinking that she's wearing a tartan kilt and "Deal With It" shades, like a modern day Boudicca
